WELCOME TO GDWAH COACHING MINISTRY

Let me introduce myself – I’m known as, “Coach Sandra”, (or CS), and I was led to choose the acronym, GDWAH, for my ministry name, which stands for, “God Doesn’t Waste A Hurt.” I’ve lived a life to prove that this is true.

As a Certified Christian Life Coach, (CCLC), and Writer, I share with others what I’ve learned personally and through my training. I’m also a published Author and you can find my books written under both my name, Healing from Abuse and Trauma – A 14-Day Devotional Journal and my Autobiography under my Pen Name, Gyasmin E. Matos, (GEM), God Doesn’t Waste A Hurt – A Life of Abuse to A Story of Redemption on Amazon or where ever books are sold.

My training is in Sexual Addictions, (SA), Partner Betrayal Trauma,(PBT), Intimacy Anorexia, (IA), Satanic Ritual Abuse, (SRA), and stress relief. When one is so anxiety-ridden or oppressed physically that they cannot think clearly, they are limited in fulfilling their God-given destinies. A person can’t live being burnt out, in confusion, despair, fear, insecurity, and physical pain without it taking its toll on their body, spirit, and soul.

The soul is made up of our mind, will, and emotions and it’s a vital part of how a person chooses to do life, (whether good or bad). Living in dysfunctional life patterns lead to having mental disorders, such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, (PTSD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, (OCD), Bi-polar Disorder, (BD), or various addictions to alcohol, sex, drugs, and food, along with a host of other body ailments.

This is where we lose ourselves and our voices in becoming who we were called to be. Many live in this world daily not knowing that there is a better way to do life. I know, because I did it for far too long myself.

While dealing with one’s past is important, life is too short to waste by living there continually. I did that for years. However, it taught me a few things about regret, pain, sorrow, and healing from the inside out. I also believe that a person heals in layers. Once God does heart surgery in a specific area, it’s time to move on and do life. Through my recovery work and countless hours of education, one of my Life Mottos has now become:

“No one will get back the time of yesterday, so choose to make the best of each day and live with no regrets.”

As you read what I’ve written, I hope to take you on a life-transforming journey that will inspire, cultivate, and birth a new perspective on how you view things in your past and future. Despite whatever trauma or pain you’ve endure, your future can be bright.

My writings are focused on helping someone find wholeness in their relationships with God, others, and themselves. This then enables a person to become the best version of who they were created to be and it all starts with remembering to…

Take Care of You,
